If you would like to keep up with what is going on in the UK, then check out the BBC iPlayer console.  There are different tabs at the top of the console: ‘Home’, ‘Now Playing’, ‘More like this’ and ‘Live radio’.  Click on ‘Live radio’ and choose your station.

Well, I know that we say that “laughter is the best medicine” and a “day without laughter is a day wasted”, but I didn’t realise that there were laughter clubs springing up all over the place.

The BBC NEWS reported on a course on relaxation through the use of laughter in London and here the famous John Cleese goes to Mombai to visit a laughter club.  You’ll hear the therapists advice in the video: “Fake it, fake it, until you make it”.  So now we know!
