We all know that writing can be very boring if we use the same words again and again.   The synonym finder helps you to find other words that mean the same to make your writing more interesting.

The Voice of America broadcasts radio programmes in ‘Special English’ using a core vocabulary of 1500 words.  It uses  short, simple sentences that contain only one idea and the active voice (rather than the passive), and it does not use idioms.  It is excellent for English learners.
